La Table Provencal
La Table Provencal
Marc and Alain Pisan's professional and cultural heritage make Epicurean Culinary Tours and the La Table Provencale tour unique in the Sonoma Wine Country. The goal is to take guests through a guided tour of the rich culinary traditions of the Pisan's native Provence utilizing Sonoma County's local bounty of culinary products. La Table Provencale includes ample wine tasting, but it is much more than a wine tasting excursion. The centerpiece is a traditional Provencal luncheon prepared by Alain with wines expertly paired with each course by Marc.

Marc and Alain Pisan's professional and cultural heritage make the La Table Provencale culinary tour unique in the Sonoma Wine Country. This is much more than a wine tasting excursion.
The tour entails extended stops at three wineries producing fine, hand-crafted wines in small lots. Each stop involves a personalized, behind-the-scenes tour and extensive tasting with food pairings. The centerpiece of La Table Provencale is a traditional Provencal luncheon prepared by Alain, co-hosted with Marc, and served al fresco. Alain will introduce each dish from a Provencal perspective, and Marc will pair it with a Sonoma artisanal wine. While guests savor their desserts, Alain will provide a history and demonstrate preparation techniques.
Tour transportation is provided from Healdsburg by a professional, luxury limousine service. To ensure an exclusive, personal and memorable experience, each tour is limited to no more than 12 participants. The general itinerary for each tour is as follows:
